Containers Prime offers a 30-day cancellation policy, allowing customers to request returns and refunds within 30 days after the delivery date.

To initiate a return and exercise your right of cancellation, please provide a clear statement of return.

We will promptly process your refund within 15 days from the date we receive the returned units.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. The unit(s) must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The unit(s) should be in excellent condition and in their original packaging, as delivered.

The following units cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Units that have been customized or clearly personalized according to your specifications.
  2. Units that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return, such as those that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
  3. Units that are damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any units that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Returning Units:

Please note that we schedule a single pick-up of returned units. If you miss the scheduled date and time, you will be responsible for the delivery cost for rescheduling.
