Delivery Policy

By engaging in any transaction or business project with Containers Prime, you acknowledge your agreement with the terms outlined below. These guidelines are designed to ensure mutual understanding and adherence to our delivery terms, safeguarding the quality of our shipping services, which is our primary commitment as a company.

General

Containers Prime strives to maintain accurate stock counts on our website and partner marketplace platforms to ensure transparency in stock availability. In the event of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill available products and promptly contact you to discuss whether you prefer to wait for a restock of backordered items or receive a refund through the original payment method.

Delivery Fee

Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and associated logistics expenses necessary for efficient and reliable shipping. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase, and this fee will represent the total shipping cost for the customer.

Pick Up

Private professional clients and companies have the option to make their own logistic arrangements and pick up their ordered unit(s) upon order confirmation. Please note that not all of our delivery yards are available for pickups; we offer pickups only at selected states.

Returns

i. Return Due to Change of Mind

Containers Prime gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind as long as a return request is submitted within 15 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the specific unit(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, unscratched, and in resalable condition.

Upon confirmation of your return, we will schedule a pick-up date for the unit and cover the associated expenses. After receiving and accepting the return, we will initiate the refund process and notify you via email. We take pride in ensuring consumer satisfaction and will refund the exact amount specified on your invoice.

ii. Warranty Returns

Containers Prime honors valid warranty claims when submitted within 30 days of receiving the shipped items. Customers are responsible for pre-paying the return shipping, but we will reimburse this cost upon successful warranty claim.

Upon receipt of the unit(s) for a warranty claim, we will process your claim within 3 business days. Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, you will receive an email notification containing a claim tracking number for monitoring on our website.

Change Of Delivery Address

Requests for changing the delivery address can be accommodated at any time before the order is dispatched to the initial provided delivery address.

Military Address Delivery

We offer delivery to military addresses, and the total delivery cost for these services includes taxes and handling fees.

Units Out Of Stock

If a unit is temporarily out of stock, we will wait for it to become available before dispatching your order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time exceeds the estimated duration, please contact us to facilitate tracking and monitoring of your delivery. You will be assigned a personal sales representative who will provide regular updates until the delivery team arrives.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive a Delivery Tracking Number (DTN) to trace and monitor the unit’s delivery to your specified address.

Units Damaged In Transit

In the event that a unit is damaged in transit, we accept returns at our yard and provide a replacement unit of your choice. We kindly request that you reject the delivery of any damaged or dented unit(s) that appear different from what was presented in pictures or in person at the time of purchase.

Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax:

The sales tax is already included in the price of the goods as calculated in the price quotation and invoice.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries, import duties and taxes will be prepaid, with no additional fees payable by the customer upon the unit(s) arrival in the destination country.

Cancellations

Our company accepts cancellations before dispatch if a customer changes their mind. However, if a unit has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

The shipped unit(s) are insured against loss and damage during transit. Therefore, the company will compensate the customer and/or client for any lost or damaged goods based on the unit(s) value during shipment.

Process for Unit Damaged in-Transit

We will initiate a refund or replacement process as soon as the customer returns the damaged unit(s) to the delivery yard.

Process for Unit Lost in-Transit or Utterly Damaged

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 72 hours after notification.
